Hi yesterday when I tap on my tik tok app I see something wrong because they start asking me for my phone number to verify my account so y did what they ask me to do and I finished and opened my account I didn’t see my regular account because I start it to see that it was when you start a new account so get off and open tik tok again and notice things differently I didn’t see my followers the people that y follow it is like everything new and I been with guys since the beginning and the reason I’m texting you is this was a hacked account or something when wrong so please I ask if is a way you can help me out to get my account back please I’m getting confused and don’t know what to do so please can you help me please thank you

We recommend trying the "forgot password" option or logging in via your phone number or email. If none of these options work, you can view TikTok's Help Center to resolve the issue.
