Hello! I’m sorry you’ve had trouble with this.

When you are scheduling in the planner, if the platform has a manual publishing feature, you will be able to toggle from auto-publish to manual publish. Then you will want to go to the notification presets at the bottom of your post, click in, and hit edit. This is where you will be able to choose if you want to receive a push notification via the mobile app or via email and it will prompt you to enter the needed information. For push notifications via the app, you will need to have the app downloaded, be logged in, and allow notifications from the app from your phone. Manual publishing is only available for Instagram and TikTok.

For many posts i don’t want to autopost, but schedule and be reminded however I never actually recieve the notification like stated above and when I contacted support they said is not a feature. Been going around in circles with this…. A lot of miss information and they are giving me very short note very friendly responses when contacting support.
